Features: We took the traditional four square
architectural style and redesigned the interior to create a more open floor
plan. At the center of the house is a two-story
atrium that connects the living areas on the first floor and provides
circulation space on the second floor. The compact dimensions of this
house make it adaptable to many sites, large or small, and in a rural setting
the generous windows will offer expansive views. In a more urban
environment where homes are closer together, the atrium cupola will still allow
light to flood
the center of the house all the way down to the first floor.

Plan Information: Review Set & Video: This set is suitable for preliminary planning and cost budgeting. Included is a free cd with a video "walk-around" of the entire house that you can play on your computer's media player. 5 Set Package: These are complete construction documents suitable for obtaining a building permit and construction. Sets include floor plans, roof plan, crawl space or basement plan, typical wall sections, building cross sections, and construction details. Reverse plans are available. Sets do not include detailed electrical or HVAC plans, as these requirements vary due to local codes and regional climate differences. Your locally licensed subcontractors will be able to provide this service. |
